Dear New Investor — A Note on Strategy, Trust, and Staying Grounded in Your Own Energy
Before entering the investment market, we all believed: “As long as I find something that goes up, I’ll succeed.”
I used to think the hardest part of investing was finding the “right” assets.
But the truth is, the real challenge isn’t just picking investments, it’s facing our own emotions.
But the truth is, the real challenge isn’t just picking investments, it’s facing our own emotions.
Think about it.
When headlines shout that the market is crashing, have you ever doubted yourself, even for a moment?
When someone in your group chat boasts a 50% or even 100% gain, do you feel like you’re falling behind, or maybe even anxious?

When someone in your group chat boasts a 50% or even 100% gain, do you feel like you’re falling behind, or maybe even anxious?
So today, I want to talk about two tools.
One is an investment tool, ETFs.
The other is an even more essential tool, your Energy Consciousness.

The other is an even more essential tool, your Energy Consciousness.
The first helps you grow your portfolio.
The second keeps you steady enough to protect it.
Together, they help you walk the investing path with clarity, resilience, and strength.

🌱 What is an ETF?
It’s an investment tool that helps you stay in rhythm with the market—steadily.
ETF stands for Exchange Traded Fund.
At its core, it’s simply a basket of stocks bundled together.
You can think of it like this:
- It’s like a fruit basket packed with 50different stocks, just like Taiwan’s 0050.
- Or a complete set that follows the top 500 companies in the U.S., similar to the SPY ETF.
Its key features include:
- Traded on the stock exchange, just like individual stocks.
- Risk is already diversified, instead of putting everything into a single stock.
- Ultra-low fees, far cheaper than traditional mutual funds.
- Full transparency, so you can see exactly which companies are inside.
- No stock-picking skills needed, yet you can still enjoy the growth of the overall market.
For new investors, busy professionals with limited time, or anyone planning for the long term, ETFs are an excellent way to get started.
What makes investing hard isn’t the lack of knowledge, but the challenge of staying steady in your confidence.
You might be thinking:
“If ETFs are so stable, then why do people still make the wrong choices and lose money?”
The answer is simple. It’s not the ETF that trips most people up, it’s their emotions and energy fluctuations.
Even if you choose the right ETF,
when the market is in panic and prices are falling,
if your inner energy field isn’t steady,
you might still make poor decisions at the wrong time.
That’s why I include the concept of Consciousness Energy in my teachings.
🧘♀️Consciousness Energy isn’t about predicting the market — it’s about learning to trust yourself.
Our emotions can fluctuate, influenced by news, performance charts, and other people’s opinions.
If we don’t become aware of these inner vibrations,
they can push us into making impulsive, risky decisions
before we even realize what’s happening.
Like saying,
“I can’t take it anymore, I have to sell,” or
“Everyone else is making money, I need to go all in.”
These are spur of the moment choices, but they can be dangerous ones.

“Everyone else is making money, I need to go all in.”
These are spur of the moment choices, but they can be dangerous ones.
But when you start practicing how to stabilize your energy, you’ll begin to notice:
- You can face market downturns with more calm.
- You know exactly why you chose this ETF.
- You remember that this is a strategy for the next five years, not just about whether the market goes up today.
The real value of Consciousness Energy in investing is this: helping you stay in trust, rather than being swept away by your emotions.
📊 Build a long-term, trust-based investment portfolio — with ETFs and Consciousness Energy.
One of the greatest advantages of ETFs is that you don’t need to predict price movements or chase after trendy stocks.
You simply need to:
- Choose ETFs that align with your values and fit your budget
- (such as VOO, 0050, VTI, etc.)
- View them through a long-term lens, without being shaken by short-term noise
- Use a consistent investing method (like dollar-cost averaging) to lower your average cost
- Observe your own emotions during market swings, instead of reacting immediately
🌈 And finally, here’s what I really want to say to you…
If you’re feeling lost or anxious on your investment journey, please don’t rush to change your strategy or give up on yourself.
What you may need isn’t more knowledge, but a space that helps you slow down and reconnect with your own beliefs.
ETFs were the first stable foundation I built on this path.
They freed me from constantly chasing in and out of individual stocks, and gave me the space to care for my energy state, instead of being dragged around by the market.
If you’re looking to build this kind of approach,
I invite you to keep following this blog.
Soon, I’ll be sharing how to choose ETFs,how to find the key data that matters, and how to build your own personalized investment journal.
Let’s begin together from a place of inner stability, and turn investing into something you can truly trust for the long term.
